House Rules

Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Respect these hours. Is a Multi family property and also neighbors rooms are very close to our property. No social gatherings in the terrace. No visits of any type. Penalty fee of $250 if violated. No smoking (vaping, weed, incense, etc) of any type on property premises. A smoking fee of $200 will be charged if violated. We have Smoke detectors.

The neighborhood is walking distance to the beach, Bellas Artes Art Center, Lote 23 food truck market, Bookmark library, Calle Cerra graffiti and nightlife, Placita de Santurce hot spot, Condado and Miramar. It’s a nice and vibrant neighborhood very close to everything.

Guest Access

There is a private entrance with a lockbox, and the apartment is located on the back of the main house. It is like a coach house. Guests can have access to the hallway towards the back of the house, the open space terrace on the back, and of course, the apartment. Please respect neighbors, and also, there are tenants on the house as well. We do not manage the house in the front. Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thank you.
