House Rules

Quite hours 10pm to 8am. Respect these hours. Neighbors rooms are next to our property also other apartments in the same floor. No social gatherings in terrace during quiet hours. No smoking (vaping, weed, incense, etc) of any type on property premises. A smoking fee of $200 will be charged if violated. We have Smoke detectors. Strictly a studio for 2 people occupancy maximum. Violation of this will result in a violation of Airbnb and property rules a cancellation of the reservation will take place immediately without any refund.

The neighborhood is walking distance to the beach, Bellas Artes art center, Lote 23 food truck market, Bookmark library, Calle Cerra graffiti and nightlife, Placita de Santurce hot spot, Condado and Miramar. It’s a nice and vibrant neighborhood very close to everything.

Guest Access

There is a private entrance on the left of the house and the guests can have access to the hallway towards the back of the house, the open space terrace on the back and the stairs to the apartment which is located upstairs. When in the second floor at the right; You will see a gate and after open the gate continue to the end door (4th door) at the right. Welcome!! Please respect neighbors and also there are tenants and other guest on the property as well. Quite hours 10pm to 8am. Thank you!!
