House Rules

Quite hours 10pm to 8am. Respect these hours. No social gatherings in terrace during quiet hours. No smoking of any type on property premises, Neighbors rooms are next to our property. Please deposit trash inside trash can an cover it. Pick up of trash occurs every Monday and Thursday between 4:00am - 6:00am. Turn off A/C every time leave the apartment to save power and help the environment. Power in the island is one of the most expensive.

The neighborhood is walking distance to the beach, Bellas Artes Art Center, Lote 23 food truck market, Bookmark library, Calle Cerra graffiti and nightlife, Placita de Santurce hot spot, Condado and Miramar. It’s a nice and vibrant neighborhood very close to everything.

Guest Access

There is a private entrance on the left of the house and the Guests can have access to the hallway towards the back of the house, the open space terrace on the back and the stairs to the apartment. Is located upstairs, then look at the right. You will see a gate and after open the gate the first door at the right. Please respect neighbors and also there are tenants and other guest on the property as well. Is a Multiunit property. We not manage the house in the front. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Thank you!.
